Common Questions

Do you need access to water or power?

We require access to a standard 3-pin plug socket within 25 meters of the vehicle. We carry our own purified water supply on board to ensure a spot-free finish.

What happens if it rains?

This is West Sussex—rain happens! If you have a garage or car port, we can work as normal. If not, we will monitor the forecast and contact you 24 hours prior to reschedule if heavy rain is expected.

How long does a service take?

Unlike a standard car wash, our work is detailed. A Deep Interior Clean typically takes 2–3 hours. A Machine Polishing package can take 4–6 hours depending on the paint condition.

How do I pay?

We accept Cash and Bank Transfer upon completion of the work. For larger restoration jobs, a small deposit may be required to secure the date.
